In honor of the late Terry Gaustad, a FOGISP board member, director of Camp Wild and forever educator, we are proud to offer this scholarship. Terry brought the initial idea to the board in 2023 as a way to encourage students to volunteer their time at Galveston Island State Park for Camp Wild and other park volunteer opportunities. Without the support of Terry and countless other volunteers, this scholarship would not be available.
